November 2005 News, Week 47:   15th Tue, 08:21 EST   1.  The WCG Grand Final starts tomorrow (morning I presume)!   That besides all the preparation, and overloaded hotels no doubt!   I'll add a small map of Singapore Island's location... November 2005 News, Week 46:   7th Mon, 04:14 EST   1.  Was at the Canadian Final competition tournament as spectator, and took notes and photos with previous authorisation...   The event was quite nice, and I also posted on the WCG Canada Forums...   The Grand Final in Singapore, near Indonesia (I found a map) starts next week on November 16, 2005.   I may post a few photos here, before &/or after the event... September 2005 News, Week 40:   29th Thu, 19:20 EDT   1.  The National Final Schedule is Fri Sept. 30, to Sunday Oct. 2, 2005.   2.  The WCG Forums are at World Cyber Games - Canada. September 2005 News, Week 37:  Sat 10th, 18:41 EDT   1.  I finally re-found the link for the WCG Canada National Finals qualifiers.  It is @: http://forums.igames.org/showthread.php?t=8863 on igames.org...  The first is September 10-11 (today) in Ottawa, and that is the one that is/was full!  230 Gamers total out of 160 secured...  And that is BYOC! (Cables, OS and the rest!)  The other will be September 16-17 at Port Perry, ON (but not for WC3-TFT!).  The later the harder, only 1 winner out of 160 for the final though!   2.  I still haven't figured out how the Online Preliminaries were July 30, and the Ontario Regionals before that, July 12-14 2005.  Also, why one of the Local Preliminary was July 16th, still after the Regional (2 days diff.)...  Thu 8th, 06:11 EDT   1.  The WCG 2005 shirts turned out to be only for USA citizens...  And I can't even get an american to get it shipped for me, since it would require another account...   2.  I missed the WCG 2005 Canada Regionals...  Didn't go to the Local Qualifiers.  And I didn't participate in the Online Preliminaries either.   3.  Ontario Regionals:   Zero PING Event held the World Cyber Games Regional Qualifiers for all of Ontario at LANapalooza 2005: Aurora, Ontario July 12-14 2005. It was a 2 days + Regionals which had people sleeping over...   4.  @ 06:47:  And there is another event which is booked solid at 160 players, valid for the Championship qualifiers (or preliminaries).   The link to that event is unreachable from the WCG 2005 Canada site, which is not loading at this time.   5.  @ 06:49:  The WCG 2005 Canada Championship (those going on a paid flight to Singapore, to represent Canada) will be at the Olympic Spirit.  Tournament date: Around September 29 to October 3rd, 2005.  The Olympic Spirit is on the corner of Dundas st.E. and Victoria.  Just East of the Dundas subway and Toronto Eaton center. June 2005 News, Week 26:   Sat 25th, 14:43 EDT   1.  Many news...  I won the 1st WCG 2005 Shirt out of 100 available.  I should get detail in the mail end of August 2005.  I'm in the Local and Online Preliminary Pending approved Registration...  The 1st Tourney was gonna be today and has been post-poned to Sat. July 30th, 2005.  So the 1st one will be July 11th and then the 16th...  I may have made errors, but will verify this later on...  I also am on WoW, so it does take a lot of my time... May 2005 News:  Sat 21st, 14:06 EDT   1.  I'm not a US Citizen, but following Blizz' news, registered in the WCG 2005 Online Preliminaries.  2nd League Tournament is Jul 15-31, 2005.  I could have registered in the 1st league as well, but didn't know that I could have then...  Tue 17th, 15:24 EDT   1.  New Notes on WCG 2005 section.   2.  See the 4 WCG 2005 USA Online Tournament Betatest WC3 Replays in zip format, @: Saved WC Replays.  Sun 15th, 16:41 EDT   1.  Will add a Notes on WCG 2005 section.   2.  I played and saved 4 replays at the WCG 2005 USA Online BetaTest.  Besides, the comments, and so on...  I am not a US Citizen, so cannot win prizes.
